1. Remove water & store fish in our tanks for the clean out process.

2. Remove & Clean Filters. Pressure wash / clean out skimmer and pump intakes.

3. Pressure wash algae off bottom of pond, and rocks. Remove sludge.

4. Check perimeter of entire water feature for leaks.

5. Fertilize aquatic plants & lilies. Trim & remove dead foliage.

6. Refill pond and treat water (De-Chlor.) & replace fish.

7. Recommend any repairs needed.

Prices

Pond Clean Out $350.00 for most sizes up to 11' X 16'.

Additional charges for larger ponds and/or excessive over grown plants that require more than minimum allowed costs.

Troubleshooting & Repair = $75.00 service charge (2 Hr. min.) $75.00 per Hour

Water Feature Design Consultation = $150.00 refundable upon acceptance of proposal & signed contract.

Existing pond renovations and additions

Retrofit/Remodel Design Consultation = $150.00 refundable upon acceptance of proposal.
